Springfield Hotel London, London

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Paddington Station, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, the room on the top floor was hot and damp with no cooling system, and having to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs was challenging. The service was friendly overall, but the lack of a kettle for making tea was a downside. The dining options were basic, though there were plenty of other eateries nearby. The facilities were adequate but nothing extraordinary.

I stayed on the FOURTH floor in the attic with no lift, and the stairs were a real killer. The rooms were a bit shabby but still clean and comfortable, with some minor furnishing issues. The service had its ups and downs; extremely friendly but some communication challenges. The location was excellent, close to transportation and restaurants. The dining experience was good overall. The facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel is conveniently located near Paddington station, making it easy to access national rail, underground, and taxis, with plenty of restaurant choices nearby. While the rooms needed updating and were a bit cramped for three people, the friendly staff and good location helped make up for it.

The service, apart from the night staff, was very rude and uncomfortable. However, the location couldn't be better being just a 3-minute walk from Paddington station in a nice, safe area. The dining experience was adequate, and the facilities offered were average.

The hotel has a convenient location near Hyde Park and is the only good thing about this property, but the rooms had issues with warm water and a scolding shower. The staff were friendly but somewhat abrupt in communication. The dining options were limited, and breakfast was not of the expected quality.
